All content, technology, AI workflows, and proprietary methodologies developed by Certus Systems LLC remain the exclusive property of the Company. Our subsidiaries are granted licenses to utilize this infrastructure to serve clients, but ownership of the underlying IP is retained by the parent entity.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Certus Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question during the preceding three-month period.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
